Birmingham to host international design event for second year running

Birmingham is to host the International Urban Design Summer School for the second year running.

MADE (Midlands Architecture and Designed Environment) will run the event, from 19th  – 22nd June, which is expected to attract delegates from around the world. Continue reading

6-7 Newhall Square now fully let

RO St Bernards (ROSB) has let the remaining space at its 6-7 Newhall Square office development, in Birmingham.

The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) has taken 7,385 sq ft at the development, for a new regional headquarters.

MADE, the architecture centre for the West Midlands, moved into the building in October last year and occupies 3,089 sq ft on the ground floor. The child protection charity will occupy the remaining four floors, on a ten-year lease. The rent is undisclosed. Continue reading
