In the property asset management team, Ann Pedrick-Moyle and Tansy Brooke have been promoted to associate director and senior surveyor respectively. Other senior surveyor promotions include Andy Harris, building consultancy, Ned Mutter, global corporate solutions, Phil Bartleet and Indi Sidhu, both valuation consultancy.

Martin Guest, CBRE managing director in Birmingham, has also been promoted to executive director.

Mr Guest, who has worked for the firm for 13 years and has been managing director since 2005, said: “In what is still a challenging climate for the property sector it is important to retain the best people. All of the promotions represent excellent individual achievement and are a reflection of the significant commitment to the business each person has made.

“The director promotions give further weight to the Birmingham office’s senior management team while the senior surveyor promotions demonstrate the strength of talent coming through the ranks.”
