First new build offices in Brum this year go to market

New office space at 40 St Paul's Place, overlooking the scheme's central courtyard.

Property developer Chord has released 25,400 sq ft/2,360 sq m of new office space at its 40 St Paul’s Square scheme in the Jewellery Quarter.

The first new build office accommodation to be completed in Birmingham city centre this year, the space is available on the ground and first floors of the mixed-use scheme overlooking St Paul’s Square. The development offers the biggest floor plates in the Jewellery Quarter.

Suites from 2,500 sq ft/232 sq m up to whole floors of 15,795 sq ft/1,467 per sq m are available, at a quoting rent of £18.50 per sq ft. Freehold packages are also being offered.

GBR Property Consultants and Savills have been appointed to market the office space.
