Edenhouse moves home to Quartz Point

Quartz Point, Maximus’ new £9 million office development in Solihull, has welcomed its first tenant.

Edenhouse Solutions, a Birmingham-based SAP software consultancy, has taken 3,000 sq ft/  280 sq m, on a ten year lease.

The company, which employs nine people, has relocated from Fort Dunlop in order to expand the business.

Joint agents KWB and CB Richard Ellis acted on behalf of the landlord.

Douglas Bonham, associate at KWB, said: “Quartz Point has set a benchmark for this type of product as it offers a level of accommodation over and above what is currently on the market.

“Not only does it offer contemporary office accommodation, built to a grade A specification, set around a landscaped courtyard, it is also ideally located at the heart of the region’s transport network. These are major plus points for interested occupiers and proved to be the selling point for Edenhouse.”

Quartz Point comprises 12 high-quality office units for sale or to let, ranging from 2,300 sq ft/214 sq m to 6,260 sq ft/581 sq m, plus 130 on-site car parking spaces. The development was funded by Strutt and Parker Real Estate Financial Services (SPREFS).

Will Ventham, associate in the office agency team at CBRE, said: “Quartz Point has always had huge potential, which is now being realised. There has been strong interest in the development and we are confident that there will be further tenants secured in the very near future, such is the demand for this type of office accommodation.”
